Hulled chickpeas are obtained from a mechanical process that removes the external seed coat (skin). The result is that they cook faster by holding at the same time the organoleptic properties remain unchanged.

Ideal for side dishes, soups, creams, salads, meatballs and burgers.

Soak for 8 hours and cook in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.Without soaking, cook in water boiling for 60 minutes, or with a pressure cooker for 10-13 minutes. We recommend a visual inspection and washing with running water before use.
