A new flavor, Panettone with peach and amaretto is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. It’s filled with juicy peaches, amaretto and dark chocolate chips. The structure is extremely soft and it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Soft wheat* flour, butter*, eggs*, candied peaches (10%) (peach 70%, sugar, water), cane sugar, natural mother dough (soft wheat* flour, water), 52% Valrhona dark chocolate (8%) (cocoa paste, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, soy lecithin*, natural vanilla extract), water, amaretto biscuit (4%) (sugar, apricot* kernels 18%, egg* white, lactose), acacia honey, salt, Tahitian Bourbon vanilla.. * Allergenic ingredients

30 minutes before serving, gently warm it close to a heat source to best enjoy the soft texture and enhance the balance of aromas and flavors. 10/12 servings per container.
