Very valuable bean, among the most appreciated. Cultivated in Piedmont, an area that can count on a capillary natural irrigation network that makes the soils very fresh, draining and fertile. This characteristic, together with the climate of this region, give these beans a very thin and tender skin, an intense but delicate taste.

From pasta and beans, side dishes, soups and minestrone.

Cannellini beans need to soak for about 5/6 hours. And a cooking time of about 60/90 minutes. In a pressure cooker it becomes about 20/25 minutes from the moment the pot whistles.
