Quinoa is a very versatile food and easy to prepare. The grains must be washed thoroughly under running water and then cooked in water equal to twice their volume for 10/15 minutes.

How to use

You can season the quinoa to taste, with oil and your favorite ingredients: excellent combinations with vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and courgettes. Finally, excellent if added to soups.
