Suitable for biscuits, desserts, omelettes, bread and pasta.
“Spelt cake” recipe: Beat 3 eggs with 120 g of sugar. Add 125 g of plain yogurt, 100 ml of seed oil and gradually incorporate 250 g of pearled spelled flour, a pinch of salt and 1 sachet of baking powder. Cut 5 apples into thin slices. Oil and flour a 26cm mould. Create a first layer using a part of the dough and arrange the apple slices on top. Repeat the same process for the second layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook at 180°C in a preheated ventilated oven for 30 minutes.
