Grown in the "Golden Triangle of Tuscany" (Val d'Orcia, Val d'Arbia and Montalcino), typically known for the main Tuscan food and wine excellences, this lentil has an intense and delicate flavor.

Recommended as a side dish and ideal for soups, broths and veloutées. Also excellent simply boiled with a white onion and chopped tomatoes and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt.

They cook in 30/35 minutes (in a pressure cooker 15/20 minutes from the moment of the whistle).
