It is sown in early May and harvested towards the end of August. The bean is mechanically cleaned and calibrated and selected by hand. It is high in vegetable protein and fiber, contains carbohydrates and has a low fat content.

How to use
Soak for 8/10 hours. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
